The Princeton location is a 1,110 square foot space located at 195 Nassau St., adjacent to Princeton University in downtown Princeton. It will have private parking on site as well as a disabled-accessible location, including a new building. The famous Nassau Street has many restaurants and shops located in the immediate vicinity.
Yardley’s 924 square foot space is located at 40 S. Main St. and features excellent signage and store frontage. The easily accessible location is along Lake Afton, which offers a plethora of dining, entertainment and retail options.
A team from Lee & Associates New Jersey led by associate Kyle Janoczkin guided the Kumon Learning Center in building the two sites. The owner of the Princeton location, Nassau 195 LLC, was represented by Lauri Names of the Princeton Realty Management Group. The owner of the Yardley location, Brite Realty Services, was represented internally by Joanne Cuddahy.
âBoth locations will provide excellent opportunities for the expansion and growth of Kumon,â said Janoczkin. âHistoric Downtown Princeton will allow Kumon to establish a presence in one of the state’s most desirable and child friendly cities. Plus, Yardley is another perfect location for a new Kumon Learning Center. They join a friendly and pedestrianized neighborhood that has experienced considerable growth over the years. “
