Seeking to replicate this model in other communities in the future, the Western Lakes Community provides a unique opportunity to understand the relationship between accessing and receiving high quality early learning educational programs and local provision of health care, housing stability and mobility and family employment in the context of community transformation. ELC is an innovative partnership Solution for mixed delivery educative child care model that benefits all children.
